MBS Legal Consulting S.C, (hereinafter, ("MBS"), with address at Av. Jorge Jiménez Cantú, Lt. 1, Mz. 1, Int. PURPOSES OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary to provide the services you have requested, such as:
- To carry out the activities that as an international freight forwarder we perform, such as: import and export of international goods and personal effects, including cargo packing, booking, warehousing, consolidation and individualization of goods from containers.
- To carry out consulting activities in the field of transportation, domestic freight forwarding and maritime operators.
- For the organization and implementation of trucking services in compliance with the restrictions established by the Foreign Investment Law.
- For the provision of technical and professional distribution and logistics services.
- For the design, development and contracting of distribution and logistics services.
- To carry out the operation and coordination of the delivery of packages or any other product or merchandise in Mexico, using Mexican customs brokers and carriers.
- Know your product or service needs.
- To attend complaints and clarifications and to inform you about changes in them and, if applicable, to treat them for purposes compatible with those mentioned in this Privacy Notice and that are considered analogous for legal purposes.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data:

We will also use personal data related to Financial Information; such as:
- Payment information;
- Customer relationship management data and;
- Information related to the invoice payment process and follow-up.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
MBS wishes to inform that, in order to fulfill its commercial responsibilities, it establishes and will continue to establish agreements with suppliers, both nationally and internationally. These agreements are essential to carry out its activities efficiently. It is important to note that all suppliers are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the personal data shared with them and to comply with the privacy standards established by MBS.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS ARC
We inform you that you have at all times the right to know what personal information we have about you, what we use it for and the conditions of the use we make of it (Access). Also, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS ARC
To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must submit a request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition with the following information and documentation:
a).- The name of the owner and address or other means of communicating the response to your request;
b).- The documents that prove their identity (simple copy in printed or electronic format of their voter's credential, passport or FM-3) or, if applicable, the legal representation of the holder (simple copy in printed or electronic format of the simple power of attorney with autographic signature of the holder, two witnesses and the agent or public instrument and their corresponding official identifications (voter's credential, passport or FM-3);
c).- A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which it seeks to exercise any of the ARCO rights; and
Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your personal data.
In the case of requests for rectification of personal data, you must also indicate the changes to be made and provide documentation to support your request.
MBS will respond within a maximum period of (20) twenty days, counted from the date on which the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition was received, its adopted determination, so that, if it is appropriate, the same becomes effective within (15) fifteen days following the date on which the response is communicated to you.
In the case of requests for access to personal data, MBS will proceed with their delivery upon proof of the identity of the applicant or his legal representative, as appropriate. The aforementioned deadlines may be extended once for an equal period of time, provided that the circumstances of the case so justify.
The delivery of personal data will be free of charge, you will only have to cover the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats. In the event that you repeat your request in a period of less than twelve months, you must cover the corresponding costs in terms of the LFPDPPP, unless there are substantial modifications to the privacy notice that motivate new consultations.
